Where You'll Work

Expected duration of the assignment is through the end of 2026. This position is required to be onsite 5 days per week in our Glenview, IL office. And, we offer half-day Fridays – every Friday!

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for aTemporary Document Management Center Clerk here at Guarantee Trust Life. The individual in this position is responsible for identifying and initiating classification of policyholder applications, application files and claims documents via our LifePRO and Hyland OnBase (workflow) systems and facilitate the management of those documents. You will also be assisting various departments when needed, to locate, re-scan or re-index any documents.

Responsibilities

• Processing and prepping incoming mail
• Identifying documents for accurate routing
• Scanning and indexing all claims documents appropriately and accurately
• Validating documents
• Data Entry

Qualifications

• Entry-level, up to three years of office experience
• Strong data-entry, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• High School diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of college preferred

Compensation

The pay range for this role is$23.00-$24.00 / hour. The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation.  The range reflects potential pay for the job grade for this role at the time of this posting. Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications.  Compensation ranges are subject to change and may be higher or lower than the range described above.
