Local Radius rule:  No locals -- All candidates must be at least 50 miles from the facility (based on drivers license)

Employee Separation Policy:  Any past employee of UPH whether FTE, or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travel in another Market no matter which facility they currently work at, or have worked at within the past 12 months.  If they worked travel at UPH (not FTE or PRN), the separation policy does not apply

HOLIDAY update:  unless the Unit is closed, your contractor is required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Winter holidays 

• NBO: 16 hrs
• EMR: EPIC
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back:  1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
• On Call: ***/hr
• Charge/Precept: ***/hr

Billable OT: 

• 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
• 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

• Equipment: Siemens & Client MRI
• Patient Types:  ED, IP, OP
• Drips: power injection contrast injections
• Scrubs:  Charcoal Gray

• 24 months of MRI experience [required]
• Strong experience and proficiency usingSiemens equipment [required]
• Strong experience and proficiency using Client MRI equipment [highly preferred]
• ARMRITcertificate, OR,ARRT/ American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certificate (R) (MR) – [required] 
• Travelexperience [preferred]
• EPIC or EPIC Radiant experience [highly preferred] 
• Level I trauma experience [preferred]
• Level II Trauma experience [highly preferred}
• current / recent Hospital experience [highly preferred]

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current MRI / Magnetic Resonance Imaging experience [required]
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (MRI / Magnetic Resonance Imaging) – [required]
