About the roleÂ
As aField ServiceTechnician, you will work without immediate supervision or direction toprovide our customers witha great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications / technology products and services, in the home and/or business.Â
Youwillactivelyparticipate in a diverse team environment to deliver theoptimum customer and commercial outcomes aligned to the corporate strategy.Â

Key Responsibilities:Â
Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations, to the full satisfaction of Telstra’s customers.Â
Copper cable maintenance and installation including fault finding, jointing,jumpering, and networking.Â
Maintenance and management ofFibre network technology,Core network technology and Data servicesÂ
Customer Premises Equipment maintenance and installation (both consumer and business).Â
Fault finding over copper networks in a rural or remote setting.             Â

Qualifications:Â
You willbe required tohold andmaintain the relevant and applicable licenses andqualifications to perform this role, asdeemed mandatory by regulatory and legal authorities and must alsomaintain a current driver’s license.Â

Certificate III in TelecommunicationsÂ
Open cabling licenseÂ
Traffic management qualificationsÂ
An industry white cardÂ
