My name is Micaela Magnertoft, and I lead Business Management & Sales within Telia Infra, where we are responsible for Telia’s wholesale business in the Swedish market. I'm looking for a Strategy & Business Development Manager to strengthen our Wholesale organization. In this role, you will analyze the Wholesale business, identify growth opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives that support the success of Telia in total. You will work closely with teams across Telia, contributing insights, leading projects, and ensuring that our wholesale strategy supports broader business objectives.Â

What you’ll do: Â
As Strategy & Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in analyzing the Wholesale business and turning insights into impactful actions.Â
You will work broadly across the Wholesale organization, identifying opportunities for growth and operational improvement. This includes conducting market analysis to understand industry developments, competitive dynamics, and future trends, as well as evaluating how Wholesale can best support Telia’s business. Based on your insights, you will develop recommendations that strengthen both commercial performance and strategic positioning.Â
A central part of the role is cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with teams within Wholesale, across Infra, and the rest of Telia to drive strategic initiatives forward. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and aligning priorities will be key to your success.Â

You will also develop a strong understanding of the wholesale market and its regulatory environment, identifying how to maximize business outcomes within existing frameworks.Â
In addition, you will:Â

Lead and drive strategic and operational projects end-to-endÂ
Initiate cross-organizational programs and coordinate virtual teamsÂ
Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners such as field sales teams and marketing agenciesÂ
Analyze complex business questions, including pricing strategies and commercial trade-offsÂ
Assess impact across B2B, B2C, and Wholesale to support business decisionsÂ
Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholdersÂ

Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsÂ
The ability to work independently while building strong collaborationÂ

We think that you have:Â
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldÂ
Experience in pricing, market analysis, or commercial evaluations is a plusÂ
Understanding of telecom regulation and wholesale market structures is an advantageÂ
Experience from telecommunications, infrastructure, or wholesale markets is highly valuedÂ
