Resource Manager

We’re looking for an IT Resource Manager to join us at Telia.

I’m Mona Salomonsson, Head of Local Broadband in IT Sweden and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on ensuring that IT applications in our domain are reliable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

What you’ll do:

We are looking for an IT Resource Manager for the contractor area and to support with IT Resource Owner activities within the B2O domain.

• Act as a Resource Manager for the contractor area, overseeing related IT systems
• Ensuringreliable, efficient, and business-aligned IT applications
• Supportresources owner in B2O

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in application management and maintenance, be a team player, and be curious about solving problems

• Customer-focused and proactive mindset with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, capable of balancing operational excellence with business priorities
• 5–10 years of experience in OSS systems management and maintenance

• Experiencefrom larger organizations and working within OSS domain

• 5-10 years of experience from IT vendors or the telecom industry 
• Relevantuniversity education
