We’re looking for a Lead AI Solution Architect to join us at Telia.
I’mRavi Kumar Naramsetty, Head of Sales AI & MarTech IT SE, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on building AI-powered sales and MarTech capabilities that personalize customer journeys and enable scalable, trusted digital sales.
What you’ll do:
You will lead the architecture direction for Sales AI initiatives, turning business ambitions into secure, scalable and delivery-ready solutions.
Define end-to-end architecture for AI sales agents, integrations, data flows and channel experiences along with needed functional analysis
Shape solution designs, architecture decisions, and non-functional requirementsfor predictive marketing, hyper personalization and future web related Sales AI capabilities.
Connect business, product, data, AI platform, security and engineering teams around clear technical direction.
Ensure solutions are reusable, explainable, secure, compliant and ready for enterprise-scale delivery.
What will help you thrive in this role:
You bring structure to ambiguity and can balance strategic architecture with practical delivery needs.
Proven experience in solution architecture, AI architecture or senior techno-functional analysis in complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of GenAI, AI agents, RAG, APIs, cloud platforms, integration patterns and modern architecture principles.
Ability to bridge business and technology, translating customer and business needs into scalable solution designs.
Experience with Agile/SAFe, stakeholder facilitation and fluent English; telecom, Sales, CRM, MarTech or eCommerce is a plus.
