Financial Analysis and Planning Lead (FP&A Lead)

We’re looking for a Finance Planning and Analysis Lead to join us at Telia.

I’mTerhi Horppu, CFO for Telia Finland,and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused ondriving financial performance, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across Telia Finland.

What you’ll do:

You will lead FP&A activities, driving planning, forecasting, and performance management to support business growth and profitability.

• Developand drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance follow-up processes across Telia Finland
• Create insights, reporting, and analytics to improve profitability and support data-driven decisions
• Consultand collaborate with country leadership and finance teams on financial performance and growth initiatives
• Supportmonthly closing activities and contribute to strategic projects and assignments

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are a proactive, analytical professional with strong business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Proven experience inFP&A or similar finance roles (minimum 5+ years)
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, analytics tools, or planning software, and familiarity with FAS/IFRS
• Ability to manage complex processes, build insights from data, and influence stakeholders
• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Master’s degree inFinance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
