TO Shift Times- (Please not, hired candidates must be flexible to work all of the below shifts)
- AM Shifts = 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and 10:00 AM ¬タモ 6:30 PM
- PM Shifts = 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
TO Training Shift Days and Times-
- For AM Shift Start Times: Mon - Fri 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- For PM Shift Start Times: Mon - Fri 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Cohort Dates
- 7/13/26 - 12 (split 6 AM and 6 PM)
- 7/27/26 - 12 (split 6 AM and 6 PM)
- 8/10/26 - 12 (split 6 AM and 6 PM)
- 8/24/26 - 12 (split 6 AM and 6 PM)
- 9/7/26 - 12 (split 6 AM and 6 PM)
Pay rate: $29/hour
About the job The TeleOps Operator is a multi-skilled position responsible for testing, and operation of the remote monitoring and control system for Zoox¬タルs autonomous vehicles. The position will oversee various initiatives and strive to achieve team goals. This position is tasked with operating in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional organizations. We¬タルre looking for proactive, positive, and team-oriented individuals who are motivated.
Responsibilities
¬ラマ Effectively monitor autonomous vehicle operations
¬ラマ Respond to and manage critical mission needs
¬ラマ Assist the fleet of vehicles by providing remote guidance in complex situations
¬ラマ Assist with testing and data collection
¬ラマ Work closely with SW, QA, and UX to improve the TeleOps Interface
¬ラマ Willingness to work flexible shift hours Qualifications
¬ラマ Possess and maintain a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
¬ラマ Pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen.
¬ラマ Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy.
¬ラマ Experience working in a cross-functional team
¬ラマ 2-3 years of experience working in operations or a fast-paced environment
¬ラマ Excellent computer skills and problem solving ability
¬ラマ Excellent written and verbal communication
¬ラマ Positive attitude with a growth mindset
Bonus Qualifications
¬ラマ Experience with working in the autonomous vehicle industry
¬ラマ Efficient with working on the Windows 10 OS
¬ラマ Bachelor degree in STEM, Analytics, or related fi elds
¬ラマ Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, Software/QA testing
¬ラマ Basic QA testing experience
¬ラマ Experience playing video games
