Overview
Telefónica Tech is seeking an experiencedGIS Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across theArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 ecosystem to support our customer on a 3-month project. This role requires an individual who can work autonomously across configuration, optimisation, troubleshooting, and delivery of GIS solutions. You will be working on-site 2 days per week, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective use of geospatial data and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the configuration, deployment, and support ofArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 and associated components.
Deliver high-quality GIS solutions usingArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Apps, Dashboards, and related tools.
Design, build, and manage real-time data integrations usingGeoEvent Server.
Analyse spatial data requirements and recommend best-practice geospatial solutions.
Create and maintain dashboards, mapping products, and geospatial visualisations for operational and strategic use.
Provide technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution across the ArcGIS platform.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable GIS outputs.
Ensure all work complies with security and governance standards aligned to SC-cleared environments.

Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in a GIS Consultant or Geospatial Specialist role.
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5
ArcGIS Pro
ArcGIS Apps & Dashboards
GeoEvent (configuration, real-time data feeds, monitoring)
Experience working within secure or regulated environments.
Ability to translate technical GIS concepts to business stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Essential Requirements
Active SC Clearance (cannot progress without this).
Ability to be on site inPortsmouth 2–4 days per week.
Availability for anASAP start.
