Maintenance Planner(Electrical) | Oil & Gas | Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and schedulepreventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities for electrical systems and equipment.

• Preparemaintenance work orders, job plans, material take-offs, and manpower requirements.

• Coordinate withoperations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.

• Ensure availability ofspares, tools, and resources before job execution.

• Review maintenance history and analyze equipment performance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

• Supportshutdown, turnaround, and major maintenance planning activities.

• Maintain and update maintenance plans inCMMS (SAP/Maximo) as per Aramco standards.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply withAramco safety standards, quality requirements, and procedures.

• Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and progress updates for management.

• Participate in risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge ofelectrical maintenance in Oil & Gas facilities.

• Hands-on experience withAramco standards, specifications, and procedures.

• Proficiency inSAP PM / CMMS systems.

• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.

• Familiarity withshutdown & turnaround planning.

• Strong understanding ofHSE practices in Oil & Gas projects.

Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech inElectrical Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Maintenance Planning

• Prior experience onAramco projects is highly preferred
