The Finance Supervisor Similac serves as a strategic business partner to Pediatric and Infant Nutrition leadership, providing financial leadership, business insights, and decision support. This role is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and financial analysis for the Similac Infant Formula business, with a primary focus on market performance and Similac Advertising, Promotion, and Gratis (AP&G) investment management. The position partners closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Analytics teams to translate market dynamics and financial results into actionable business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
In addition to core business partnership responsibilities, the Finance Supervisor will provide financial support for key Similac initiatives, including WIC and non-WIC projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.  Â
What You’ll Work On
Lead annual planning, monthly forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting processes for the Similac Infant Formula market, which is ~$6B annually.
Analyze market performance, share trends, competitive activity, consumer dynamics, and key growth drivers to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to evaluate business performance and support strategic investment decisions.
Lead forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting activities for Similac Advertising, Promotion, and Gratis (AP&G) spend, representing +$100MM annually.
Provide financial analysis and insights on brand investment effectiveness, key spending drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to financial performance, developing recommendations to mitigate risk or accelerate growth.
Prepare executive-ready presentations and financial analyses for leadership reviews, LBE submissions, and ad hoc business requests.
Support strategic Similac projects, including WIC and non-WIC initiatives, as needed to drive business priorities and strengthen organizational understanding of key financial processes.
Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives across financial planning and reporting activities.
The role reports directly to Pediatric Sr Finance Manager and will have visibility to the Pediatric Controller, Pediatric leadership team and ANPD Controller.Â
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
Minimum 6 years finance experience (FP&A, Cost/General Accounting or Financial Reporting)
Knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience serving as a strategic business partner to Marketing, Commercial, and cross-functional leadership teams, providing financial guidance, influencing decisions, and driving business outcomes.
Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of critical business processes, and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
