Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Engineering Practice Lead who combines deep technical expertise, strong client-facing skills, and a passion for developing people. This role sits at the intersection of engineering excellence, client delivery, and practice growth.Â
As a Practice Lead, you are the technical authority and people leader for the Software Engineering Practice. You define how we build, how we scale, and how we grow engineers, while contributing hands-on to client engagements.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce technical standards and architectureÂ
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidanceÂ
- Drive delivery quality and continuous improvementÂ
- Act as a senior technical advisor in client engagementsÂ
- Contribute to presales and technical proposalsÂ
- Lead and develop engineers and Squad LeadsÂ
- Drive hiring, capability development, and knowledge sharingÂ
- Support practice strategy, assets, and frameworksÂ
- Collaboration on workforce planning and delivery alignmentÂ
