Position: Technology Services Specialist I
Location: New York, NY 10065
Duration: 10/12/2026–12/12/2026 (~2 months)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Schedule: 40 hrs/week; weekend overtime as part of a rotating schedule supporting 24/7 inpatient coverage; onsite; patient-facing
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr.

Responsibilities

• Service Tickets: Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Deployment: Perform application updates and patches as needed and provide floor support through regular rounding.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent, personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and build trusted relationships.
• Collaboration: Work with Field Services, Nursing, and Server teams to escalate and resolve issues.
• Communication: Clearly explain issues, solutions, and instructions to customers.
• Time Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks and service appointments within scheduled timeframes.
• Technical Documentation: Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Adaptability: Adjust to new technologies, tools, and varying work environments and conditions.
• Self-Sufficiency: Work independently on ticket resolution and troubleshooting activities.
• Teamwork: Contribute effectively to team-based projects while supporting shared goals and outcomes.
