Work Location & Reporting Address: Philadelphia, PA 19113 (Onsite-Hybrd. Local candidates are highly preferred but will also consider candidates willing to relocate immediately and as long as they are able to join by Day 1)

Must Have Skills:
⦁5–10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and ETL development
⦁IBM DataStage (8.x / 11.x preferred) – strong hands-on experience
⦁Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c) – advanced SQL and PL/SQL
⦁Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts (EDW, ODS, Data Marts)
⦁ETL concepts: CDC, incremental loads, Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD)
⦁Performance tuning for ETL jobs and Oracle queries
⦁Unix/Linux shell scripting (basic to intermediate)
⦁Job scheduling tools (Tidal or equivalent)
Nice to Have Skills:
⦁Healthcare background
Detailed Job Description:
⦁Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize DataStage job performance
⦁Handle production support issues, reruns, and data reconciliations
⦁Perform root cause analysis for ETL and data-related issues
⦁Implement error handling, logging, and restartability in ETL jobs
⦁Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
⦁Ability to work independently and handle complex data issues
⦁Good communication and stakeholder management skills
⦁Production support and ownership mindset
