Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our products, services, or processes. This includes manuals, help guides, technical specifications, and online resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API references, and FAQs
- Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather and clarify information
- Organize and present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Update existing documentation based on product updates and user feedback
- Adhere to style guides and document standards
- Manage documentation projects and timelines as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or a technical field (preferred but not required)
- 3+ Years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience as a technical writer or in a relevant role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts
- Experience with IXIASOFT
- Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, Git)
- Able to speak & write English fluently
- Experience with multimedia documentation (screenshots, diagrams, video) is a plus
