Job Summary:

Seeking for a Technical Specialist (Active Directory) managing user account management, focusing on data protection and IT infrastructure operations. Will manage accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and ensure security compliance. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Implement IT security policies and protect data from unauthorized access.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in account management and administering Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012 in a multi-site and multi-domain organization.
• Ability to integrate knowledge from various technologies to solve complex problems.
• Advanced knowledge of organizational security measures.
• Proven ability to establish positive client relationships and assess client needs effectively.
• Strong documentation skills for solutions and technical assistance.
