Assist in assessing the learning progress of students and providing constructive feedback. Provide basic technical support and guidance to students during practical exercises. Collaborate with senior instructors to optimize training programs and materials. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts. Strong communication and presentation skills. Patience and the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Eagerness to learn and adapt to the educational environment.
