Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Program Manager to manage and coordinate technical programs using Agile methodologies. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with business goals.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding ofAgile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience serving as aScrum Master for a POD, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience usingJira and Confluence.
• Ability to convert business and technical requirements into clearuser stories.
• Experience withrequirements elicitation, Epic grooming, project tracking, and SDLC processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and cross-team stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical programs throughout theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies includingSprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• SupportEpic grooming and user story creation/refinement.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables usingJira and Confluence.
• Identify and remove team impediments to maintain project momentum.
• Drive cross-team initiatives and ensure effective communication between teams.
• Ensure programs and projects remain aligned with organizational goals and requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
• Take ownership of deliverables and drive initiatives through successful completion.

Minimum Experience: 10+ Years
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
