About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Lead to drive the delivery of SampleManager LIMS implementation projects and provide strategic technical direction to our client's delivery teams. In this role, you will lead complex, mission-critical implementations for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, translating their business requirements into robust technical solutions.

You will be at the forefront of client engagement, conducting requirements gathering workshops, designing solutions, and overseeing the full system lifecycle from design through deployment and support. Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead technical teams in SampleManager LIMS implementation projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and budgets
• Front-end customer interactions to understand enhancement requirements and develop tailored technical solutions
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and prepare comprehensive specification documents
• Ensure solutions conform to company standards, SOPs, and quality frameworks

Technical Design & Development

• Deliver full system lifecycle involvement: design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Configure complex Sample workflows, stock modules, instrument modules, and integrations.
• Leverage SampleManager LIMS tools including Integration Manager, Report Designer, Forms Designer, Label Designer, Sample Scheduler, Batch Management, Lot Management, Plate Handling, Stability, SQC, SM-IDI, PIMS, and Dashboards.

Education & experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SampleManager LIMS implementation and support.
• Extensive background in LIMS solution development, systems analysis, design, and quality assurance.
• Proven experience in integration methodologies and working within regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage clients effectively
• Fluent French language skills (strong requirement)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Experience with SampleManager LIMS modules: Sample Workflows, Stock, Instrument, Integration Manager, Report Designer, Forms Designer, Label Designer, Sample Scheduler, Batch Management, Lot Management, Plate Handling, Stability, SQC, SM-IDI, and PIMS.
