Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Mphasis Taiwan. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting teams through the engineering development process and the implementation of  innovative products. This position requires a strong foundation in software development, excellent communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English, and a solid understanding of  CI/CD automation pipeline/ PD/USB technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support cross-functional teams in the engineering development process.
• Oversee the implementation of software solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members and external partners.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Continuously improve software development processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• 3+ years of PM experience
• Great communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English
• Provides support and/or lead teams through the Engineering development process and implementation of products.
• Familiar with CI/CD automation pipeline
  A good experience of AI adoption on pipeline would be a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on software development.
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
