Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivatedSoftware Engineer with strong experience inC#, .NET Core, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SQL Server. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application deployment, and cloud-based data integration solutions. Healthcare domain knowledge and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications usingC# and .NET Core.
- Develop and support data integration and ETL solutions usingAzure Data Factory (ADF).
- Create and optimize complexSQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
- Participate in requirement analysis, application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform application deployment, environment setup, configuration, and release support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and integration issues.
- LeverageAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to improve development productivity, code quality, and documentation. Depends on company approved tools
- Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Contribute to system modernization, performance tuning, and process automation initiatives.
- Strong proficiency inC#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API.
- Hands-on experience withAzure Data Factory (ADF).
- StrongSQL Server development and performance tuning skills.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration patterns.
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based application development.
- Hands-on experience in application deployment and environment management.
- Familiarity with source control tools such asAzure DevOps or Git.
- Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.
- Ability to utilize AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, testing, and productivity improvements.
- Experience in theHealthcare domain (Claims, Enrollment, Provider, EDI 834/837, QNXT, HIPAA, or related healthcare systems).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with Azure services and modern cloud architectures.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Quick learner with a passion for emerging technologies, AI, and digital transformation.
- Healthcare payer/provider system experience.
- Experience with Power BI, SSIS, or Azure-based data solutions.
- Exposure to application modernization and cloud migration projects.
