Junior HR Specialist

Your daily tasks:

• Fostering the smooth integration of new joiners into the team and supporting their alignment with the company’s culture and values.
• Organizing smaller internal events and providing hands-on support in the organization of major, company-wide events.
• Supporting HR administrative operations, including training logistics (managing registrations, feedback surveys, and post-training reports).
• Assisting with newcomers' logistics, cooperating with IT and Administration departments, and helping maintain communication with new hires.
• Preparing graphic materials and engaging content for internal communication channels in line with the HR team's guidelines.
• Coordinating the inventory and ordering of company gifts, occasional benefits, and promotional materials (HR swag).
• Supporting the HR team with other various ongoing operational, and ad-hoc tasks.

• Flexibility, excellent organization skills, and comfort with working from the office to support daily operations.
• Initial hands-on experience in HR (e.g., through internships, practices, or early-stage professional roles).
• A university degree (field of study is flexible – we value your potential and motivation).
• Proficiency in English and Polish (minimum B2 level), enabling effective communication in an international environment.
• A personal interest in video games – this is a huge plus, as it perfectly aligns with our team’s culture and interests.
