AtTechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our top-tier clients across various industries. We are currently seeking aPower BI Developer to join our client’s team and deliver high-impact business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deployenterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance, Supply Chain, and HR functions.

  • Buildexecutive and operational dashboards with drill-downs, KPIs, and trend analysis.

  • Developrobust DAX measures, calculated fields, and business KPIs aligned with client-specific definitions.

  • Implementrow-level security (RLS) and role-based access to meet governance and confidentiality requirements.

  • Ensurereport performance, usability, and scalability for enterprise users.

  • Design and managesemantic data models using best-practice star and snowflake schemas.

  • Integrate data fromSnowflake, ERP systems, and other enterprise sources to support reporting.

  • Develop and optimizeSQL queries, views, and transformations to ensure data accuracy and performance.

  1. Experience: 7–8 years of professional experience in Power BI development and business intelligence.

  2. Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, and HR analytics.

  3. Technical Skills:

    • Power BI (Desktop, Service, Mobile), DAX, Power Query (M), Paginated Reports

    • SQL, Snowflake, ERP system integrations

    • Data modeling (star/snowflake schemas), RLS, role-based access

    • Performance optimization of dashboards and reports

  4. Soft Skills:

    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

    • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions

    • Experience collaborating with IT and data engineering teams

  5. Compliance & Governance: Knowledge of regional compliance, data governance, and reporting standards (UAE preferred)
