A newly funded cybersecurity startup in Berlin is looking for aFounding Product Managerto join as a founding team member and help design the core security, identity, and enforcement foundations of a next-generation AI-powered security risk management platform.

It’s an early-stage startup founded by experienced cybersecurity leaders with backgrounds in Israeli Intelligence units. We are looking for a hands-onFounding Product Manager for a hybrid role based in central of Berlin. They’re building a next-generation cyber risk platform that helps enterprises understand, measure, and reduce identity risk at scale. Our goal is to turn complex identity and security data into clear, actionable risk insights that CISOs and CTOs can trust. You will work from scratch on core platform components from day one, shaping how modern enterprises manage and reason about risk using cloud-native systems and AI-driven analysis and automated enforcement through AI Agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and build product for new cyber security product fromscratch

• Design end-to-end user journeys across the entire platform, from onboarding to daily usage and advanced workflows

• Define platform information architecture, navigation, and core UX principles

• Own wireframes,user flows, and interaction logic (from low-fidelity to production-ready concepts)

• Prepare tickets and ownbacklog

• Translate user needs, risk scenarios, and business goals intointuitive UI/UX decisions

• Contribute theproduct vision and translate it into a clear, actionable roadmap

• Ensure complex security and risk concepts are expressed in simple,usable interfaces

• Driveproduct discovery, validation, and prioritization from day zero

• Work closely withengineering, security, and data teams to ship the right product fast

• Define MVP scope,iterate based on real customer feedback, and avoid over-engineering

• Balance security, usability, and scalability in a complex cyber risk platform

• Represent the product internally and externally with customers, partners, and investors

• Build whole platformfrom scratch

Must have skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing complexB2B SaaS web platforms for technical products

• Proven ability to scatchend-to-end user journeys usingFigma (flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes)

• Strong experience withdesign systems and component-based UX (Figma libraries, tokens, variants)

• Ability to write clearPRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria inNotion, Confluence, or similar

• Experience working closely with engineering teams usingJira, Linear, or GitHub Projects

• Solid understanding ofREST APIs ofSaaS integrations and backend-driven UIs (can read OpenAPI / Swagger specs)

• Experience definingdata-heavy dashboards (tables, filters, charts, drill-downs)

• Strong grasp ofUX for complex domains (security, risk, finance, compliance, or enterprise admin tools)

• Familiarity withevent tracking and product analytics

• Experience in using TOPproduct AI tools

• Ability to runuser interviews and usability testing and translate findings into product decisions

• Strong understanding Ability tobuild things from scratch at early stage startup

• High ownership mentality, startup mindset, and ability to move quickly.

• Experience instartup or scale-up environments

• Low ego, high commitment, and atrue tech startup mentality.

• Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• ExcellentEnglish communication skills

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Experience withcybersecurity, IAM, GRC, or risk management platforms

• Understanding ofRBAC / ABAC, permissions modeling, and role-based UX

• Experience working withAI-powered features (recommendations, scoring, summaries, user flow generators)

• Familiarity withdata visualization libraries

• Exposure tofrontend frameworks such asReact,Next.js, or Vue (no coding required)

• Experience collaborating with teams usingGo, Java, or Python backends

• Understanding ofenterprise buying personas (CISO, CTO, Security, Risk teams)

• Experience designingmulti-tenant SaaS platforms

• Familiarity withcompliance frameworks (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2)

• Experience insecurity or risk management products

• Experience designingpermission models, identity graphs, or access control frameworks.

• Exposure tograph-based modeling (identity graph, access graph, risk graph)

• Familiarity withAI agents implementations

• Previous experience incybersecurity, identity startups.

• You are a fan ofrock or metal music.
