Data Modeler

AtTechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our top-tier clients across multiple industries. We are currently seeking aData Modeler to join our client’s team and drive the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data models.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all activities definingclient business data assets in alignment with the Client Data & Analytics Strategy.

• Influence and contribute to the client’sData & Analytics Strategy to drive business outcomes.

• Discover and documentdata and analytics requirements across the enterprise.

• Design and implementdata models using tools like Visio or Erwin, including dimensional modeling, star schema, snowflake schema, and data vault.

• Createmapping documents and coordinate with ETL and testing teams for implementation.

• Interact with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and obtainsignoffs on requirements.

• Managemultiple initiatives and projects from inception to delivery.

• Maximize value from data and analytics by surfacing priorities and enhancing decision-making.

• Conductbusiness data modeling and enableenterprise data management.

• Ensure thesecurity of data and analytic assets.

• ImproveDatahub performance and ensure optimaldata architecture and solution design.

1. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Experience:

   • Minimum8 years in IT, with at least 3 years ininformation system design or data architecture.

   • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing information solutions, includingtransactional modeling, dimensional modeling (star schema, data vault).

   • Experience managingmultiple projects or initiatives from start to finish.

3. Technical Skills:

   • Strong knowledge ofdata warehouse design, data architecture, and enterprise data management programs.

   • Proficiency indata modeling tools (Visio, Erwin) and creating mapping documents for ETL.

   • Ability to design, adjust, and justifydata models on the fly.

4. Leadership & Soft Skills:

   • Strong leadership and people management experience, capable of inspiring and coaching teams.

   • Ability to analyze project, program, and portfolio needs, overcome cross-functional barriers.

   • Excellentcommunication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

   • Strategic thinker withanalytical, problem-solving, resilient, and results-focused mindset.

   • High standards of business ethics, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence.

5. Desirable: Hands-on experience withdata and analytics management programs.
