Responsibilities

ā—Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Configure and manage multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app).

ā—Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Design and implement real-time triggers for orchestration.

ā—Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Integrate RT-CDP audiences into AJO workflows.

ā—Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Configure offer decisioning, branching, and personalization rules.

ā—Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Conduct QA and testing of journeys before launch.

ā—Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Monitor live journeys and optimize based on performance.

Skills & Qualifications

ā—Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Deep knowledge of Adobe AJO and real-time orchestration.

ā—Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Experience in journey design and cross-channel campaign execution.

ā—Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Familiarity with RT-CDP audience segmentation and activation.

ā—Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.
