About the Role
TD SYNNEX is seeking aSenior Program Manager to lead high-impact,enterprise-level programs that drivebusiness transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth across our organization.
In this role, you will serve as a key leader inprogram management and cross-functional execution, partnering with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Management, and Technology. You will play a critical role in deliveringcomplex business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while driving measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end execution ofstrategic programs and enterprise initiatives from planning through delivery
Drivecross-functional collaboration across business units to align on priorities, milestones, and outcomes
Develop and manageprogram roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics
Establish strongprogram governance frameworks, including reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
Monitor performance usingdata-driven program management practices to ensure successful outcomes
Communicate progress, risks, and insights tosenior leadership and executive stakeholders
Influence and align stakeholders acrosscomplex organizational structures
Identify and implement opportunities forprocess improvement, operational efficiency, and scalability
Support organizational initiatives tied tobusiness transformation, growth strategy, and operational execution
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience inProgram Management, Project Management, or Strategic Initiatives Leadership
Strong ability to leadcross-functional, enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated expertise instakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing without authority
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with adata-driven mindset
Experience managingprogram governance, reporting, and risk mitigation
Ability to thrive in afast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
High attention to detail with strong execution and delivery focus
Preferred Experience
5–10 years of experience inProgram Management, Transformation, or Business Operations roles
Background intechnology, IT distribution, cloud, or services organizations
Experience working inenterprise environments or matrixed organizations
Familiarity withprogram management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
