Job Purpose

As theMicrosoft Commercial Marketplace R&D Product Manager, and part of the globalISV & Marketplace Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in supporting platform development initiatives focused on accelerating ISV business through theMicrosoft Commercial Marketplace.

This initiative aims to integrate theMicrosoft Commercial Marketplace (Azure Marketplace &AppSource) with TD SYNNEX cloud eCommerce and digital marketplace platforms, enabling software vendors to scale their Microsoft marketplace practice throughtwo-tier distribution and channel programs.

This role leads theresearch,design, andvalidation of new integrations between TD SYNNEX platforms and Microsoft marketplace services. It focuses onearly-stage strategy,technical feasibility, andprototype development, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined and ready for execution by Platform Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Microsoft Marketplace integration strategy aligned with business and platform goals.

• Evaluate opportunities acrossAzure Marketplace,AppSource,SaaS offers,VMs, andmanaged applications.

• Conduct technical and business feasibility assessments for Microsoft marketplace integrations.

• Identify dependencies related toAzure services,APIs,billing,identity, andcompliance.

• Explore opportunities forAI-driven enhancements.

• DefineAPI integrations,authentication flows, entitlement handling, and data exchange processes.

• Drive proof-of-concept initiatives to validate architecture, scalability, and technical approach.

• Work closely withProduct Managers,Engineering,Operations,Security, andMicrosoft teams.

• Align on architecture, compliance, and certification requirements.

• Produce requirements, architecture documentation, and PoC outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Required

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science,Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience inProduct Management orTechnical Program Management withinSaaS or cloud-based environments.

• Strong understanding ofMicrosoft Cloud services,APIs, andSaaS integration models.

• Proven experience leadingR&D orearly-stage product discovery initiatives.

• Comfortable working withinB2B platforms and collaborating with finance stakeholders, particularly in areas such asfinance,tax, andcompliance.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on experience withREST/GraphQL APIs,cloud architecture, and familiarity withcybersecurity best practices.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience withAzure Marketplace / AppSource operations, offer lifecycle, billing, or entitlement models.

• Familiarity withAzure architecture,Azure Foundry AI / Copilot Studio, and Microsoft security best practices.

• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
