About the Role

At TD SYNNEX, ourInside Account Executives play a critical role in driving growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering impactful technology solutions. In this role, you’ll manage ahigh-value customer territory, balancingaccount management, inside sales, and new business development to achieve revenue and margin goals.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow your assigned territory, driving revenue, margin, and share across a diverse portfolio of accounts

  • Manage a blend ofexisting customer relationships and some new business development (“hunting”)

  • Conductdaily outbound calls and virtual customer interactions to identify opportunities and deepen engagement

  • Develop and executestrategic account plans aligned with customer goals and TD SYNNEX’s full solutions portfolio

  • Manage yourterritory P&L, making data-driven decisions to improve profitability and performance

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providingconsultative selling and solution recommendations

  • Resolve customer issues proactively and ensure apositive, seamless customer experience

  • Collaborate cross-functionally withinside sales, field sellers, and vendor partners on proposals, RFPs, and business reviews

  • Support onboarding of new customers and manage projects to ensure successful implementation

  • Identify industry and customer trends, helping expand adoption ofnon-print and emerging solutions

What We're Looking For

  • 3 -5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or channel/distribution environments

  • Proven ability tobuild relationships, close deals, and grow revenue within assigned accounts or territory

  • Strong understanding ofsales pipelines, forecasting, and business performance metrics (P&L exposure preferred)

  • Experience intechnology, print solutions, or channel sales is highly desirable

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

  • Demonstrated ability toprioritize, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable with ahigh-volume call environment and outbound prospecting

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience required (bachelor’s preferred)

  • Commitment tocollaboration, inclusion, and building strong working relationships

Working Conditions

  • Location: Greenville, SC (preferred). Also open to Clearwater, FL or remote (U.S.) candidates working East Coast hours

  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ET)

  • Travel: Approximately 10%

  • Hybrid or remote-friendly work environment depending on location

  • Occasional flexibility needed based on business demands
