About the Role
We are looking for a commercially drivenBusiness Unit Manager to lead and develop ourHPE business in Romania. You will be responsible for driving business growth across theHPE portfolio, with a strong focus onInfrastructure,Hybrid Cloud, andNetworking solutions.

Working closely withvendors,partners,customers, andinternal teams, you will play a key role in expanding TD SYNNEX’s presence within the Romanian market while strengthening strategic relationships across the local IT channel ecosystem.

What You'll Do
•Define and execute theHPE business strategyto drive growth and market share inRomania
•Build and strengthen relationships with HPE, partners, and key customers.
•Drive business development initiatives across Infrastructure,Hybrid Cloud, andNetworking solutions.
•Lead and develop the local team, providing commercial direction and support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and support enterprise-level projects across the Romanian market.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience inbusiness development,sales, orchannel management within the IT industry
• Strong knowledge of theRomanian IT market andchannel ecosystem
• Experience working withvendors,distributors, orsystem integrators
• Exposure to technologies such asHPE,Juniper,Cisco,Dell Technologies, orLenovo
• Previousteam leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop people
• Strongcommercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
•Fluent Romanian and English
