About the Role
As aBusiness Development Manager – HPE Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud, you will be responsible for growing the HPE Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud business in Romania. You will work closely with HPE, partners, and internal teams to identify new opportunities, drive partner engagement, and execute business growth initiatives.
You will play a key role in developing the local partner ecosystem, increasing pipeline, and supporting the adoption of HPE solutions across the Romanian market.
What You'll Do
Develop and executebusiness growth plans for the HPE Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud portfolio in Romania.
Build and manage relationships withHPE, partners, resellers, and key customers.
Identify and developnew business opportunities and drive pipeline growth.
Support partners withbusiness planning, solution positioning, and go-to-market activities.
Collaborate withsales, marketing, and technical teams to increase demand and market awareness.
Monitorpipeline, revenue, and business performance to achieve business targets.
What We're Looking For
Experience inbusiness development, sales, channel management, or partner management within the IT industry.
Knowledge ofIT infrastructure, hybrid cloud, servers, storage, networking, or enterprise solutions.
Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify and developnew business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, andrelationship-building skills.
Experience working withsales targets, forecasts, and business plans.
Fluent Romanian and English.
