About the Role
As aBusiness Development Manager – HPE, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the HPE business in Poland. Working closely with partners, customers, HPE, and internal sales teams, you will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and develop business plans that support long-term growth.

What You'll Do
Develop and executebusiness growth plans for the HPE portfolio in Poland.
Build and strengthen relationships withpartners, customers, HPE, and internal stakeholders.
Identify and developnew business opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
Drive partner engagement throughbusiness planning, account development, and enablement activities.
Collaborate withsales, marketing, and technical teams to increase demand and market awareness.
Monitorpipeline, revenue, and business performance to achieve growth targets.

What We're Looking For
Experience inbusiness development, sales, account management, or channel management within the IT industry.
Strong understanding oftechnology solutions, partner ecosystems, and sales processes.
Proven ability to identify and developnew business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, andrelationship-building skills.
Experience working withsales targets, forecasts, and business plans.
Fluent Polish and English.
