Marketing Automation Consultant

We're on the lookout for a talentedMarketing Automation Consultantto join our dynamic team full-time with a permanent contract at our Genk hub.

At Dignify, we're passionate about marketing automation and dedicated to creating connected, personalized customer experiences for leading brands across Europe. As aMarketing Automation Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing, building and optimizing automated customer journeys, campaigns and integrations across a variety of marketing technology platforms.

What we're looking for

You have:

• Hands-on experience with at least one marketing automation platform such asSalesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Selligent or Braze

• Experience withJavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL

• Experience building email templates, landing pages, customer journeys and campaign automations

• Understanding of customer data, segmentation and personalization concepts

• Knowledge of APIs, integrations and data flows between systems

• A getting-things-done mentality, eagerness to learn and strong problem-solving skills

• Basic experience with at least one backend language such asPHP, Python or .NET

• Experience with frameworks such as Vue.js or React is considered a plus

What you'll do

• Build innovative and future-proof marketing automation solutions for enterprise clients across Europe

• Design and implement personalized customer journeys, triggers and automation flows

• Develop and maintain email templates, landing pages and dynamic content experiences

• Work with customer data, segmentation and personalization strategies

• Integrate marketing platforms with CRM, CDP and other business systems

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Challenge the status quo and continuously improve systems, processes and campaign performance

• Simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to colleagues and clients

• Bring a positive attitude, curiosity and sense of humor to the workplace
