About the role

Your main role as aTest Systems & Industrial Engineer will combine in-circuit test systems development with broader industrial engineering responsibilities in our production.

  • On thetest systems side, this includes analysing our PCBs, developing testing procedures for them, sourcing bed-of-nails fixtures, writing test scripts, and analysing test results to provide feedback to our production and development teams.

  • On theindustrial engineering side, you will identify and implement engineering solutions to improve production processes, design and build custom fixtures, jigs, and tooling for manufacturing, and develop or optimise production systems and workflows to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.

About you

To succeed in this role, you havehands-on experience with electronics and enjoy working across different types of technical tasks. You are comfortablecoding in Python, can read and understandelectronics schematics, and have a good general knowledge of electronic components and products. Experience withArduino or similarDIY electronics/prototyping is a strong advantage, as is experiencedesigning CAD fixtures for production use. Previous exposure to in-circuit test (ICT) system development is a bonus.

Youenjoy solving practical, technical problems and are happy to switch between software, hardware, and mechanical challenges depending on what the day brings. Youwork well within a team, communicate clearly with colleagues from production, quality, and development, and aren't afraid to dig in and find solutions together.
