Team Leader - Sales

Overview

Responsible for managing, training and developing branch Pre-sellers in job skills, customer relations and market dominance, including Team Sells and Ride Withs. Tracks, measures and reports sales and impact results using various applications. Responsible for monitoring assigned teams incentives, route sales and distribution for each supplier.

Qualifications

Prefer Pre-Seller, Sales Assistant Team Leader or Sales Team Leader experience. Completion of sales certifications.  High levels of experience and competency with Impact Excellence and Busch Selling Skills.  Experience with employee development and supervision.  CDL Required.

Compensation

Annual Target Range DOE:

$55,183 - $61,739 (Base, Impact and Volume)
