Tech Support Agent - German Speaker

For our Customer Service team, we are looking for aTech Support Agent – 2nd Level Support to support ourSwiss market. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex technical inquiries related todomains, hosting, web, and email services. You will support and further develop a diverse portfolio ofSwizzonic products and services, while working closely with internal teams and external partners. You thrive in a dynamic environment, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy solving challenging technical problems.
Your Responsibilities:
Handletechnical inquiries and incidents within2nd Level Support
Analyze and resolvecomplex issues related to:
Domains & DNS
Hosting
Email services
Web technologies
Take overescalations from 1st Level Support and drive them through to full resolution
Coordinate withinternal teams, partners, and domain registries
Document solutions and contribute actively to thecontinuous improvement of processes and service quality
When required, support customers viachat, email, and phone
Assist inproject implementation and coordination
Participate incross-functional technical projects
Requirements
Native or equivalent-level German (written and spoken) – mandatory
Swiss German is a strong plus
Fluent English – mandatory
French or Italian are an advantage
Commercial or technical diploma in IT or a related field
Previous experience incustomer service, ideally in a technical environment
Strongcustomer-oriented mindset
A trueteam player with excellent communication skills
Clear, structured, and detail-oriented way of working
Fast learner with ahigh technical affinity, particularly inweb technologies and website design
Experience withCMS systems (WordPress) is a plus
