Role Overview
Team.blue is looking for aMarket Intelligence Intern to support the Group Center of Excellence focused on softwarebusinesses (SaaS and Hosting) across Europe. In this role, you will work closely with the Group Pricing, Customer Research, and Product Marketing experts to support multiple portfolio companies (SMBs) on pricing and packaging topics.
This internship offers hands-on exposure toreal pricing challenges and customer insight projects for fast-growing companies, with a strong analytical and strategic focus.
Responsibilities
Pricing
Performcompetitive pricing benchmarks and support the improvement ofAI-driven competitor monitoring
Contribute to the creation and improvement of aGroup Pricing Playbook, including pricing methodologies and templates
Support theassessment of pricing maturity across portfolio companies and help build standardized reporting templates
Assist inscoping and executing ongoing pricing projects with portfolio companies
Design and analyzepricing surveys (e.g. willingness-to-pay, value perception)
Customer Intelligence & Research:
Support customer segmentation analysis and persona development across brands
Assist in customer research initiatives (surveys, interviews, behavioral analysis)
Contribute to market intelligence reports, including competitive positioning and customer trends
Help build templates for ongoing customer insight gathering across markets
General:
Support ad-hoc pricing and customer insight analyses and presentations
Collaborate with Performance, Activation, and Market teams to translate insights into action
Requirements
Currently enrolled in aBachelor’s (final year) orMaster’s programme, preferably inMarketing, Research & Development, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Stronganalytical skills and experience with Excel and PowerPoint (analytics and BI tools are a plus)
Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
Curious aboutpricing, SaaS business models, (competitive) strategy and AI automation
Strong communication skills with ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations
Able to work independently while collaborating with diverse stakeholders across Europe
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
