You'll gain exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, from evaluating opportunitiesandstructuringfinancingsolutionstounderwriting,syndicationandexecution.You'llworkalongsideexperiencedprofessionalsandcollaboratewithteamsacrossING,includingLoanCapitalMarkets,HighYieldDebtCapitalMarkets,RatingsAdvisoryandAgency.

Yourrole

AsanAssociateorVicePresident,you'llplayakeyroleinevaluating,structuringandexecutingtransactionsfromstarttofinish.

Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:

• Managingday-to-daytransactionexecutionundertheguidanceofseniordealteammembers
• Performingfinancial,creditandriskanalysistosupportinvestmentdecisions
• CoordinatinginternalapprovalprocessesandengagingwithRiskandseniorstakeholders
• WorkingcloselywithLoanSyndicateteamsthroughoutsyndicationprocesses
• Preparinginvestorandclientpresentationsandsupportingbusinessdevelopmentactivities
• Buildingandmaintainingrelationshipswithclientsandinternalstakeholders
• ReviewingtransactiondocumentationandnegotiatingkeycommercialtermsalongsideINGLegal
• Supportingportfoliomanagementactivities,includingamendmentsandwaivers
• Mentoringanalysts,traineesandinterns
• Contributingtoastrongriskcultureandensuringcompliancewithregulatoryrequirements
