The Vice President of the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) division serves as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and is responsible for establishing and developing long-term partnerships.
The role involves gaining a deep understanding of clientsâ needs and offering tailored financial solutions that align with market trends and opportunities. The Vice President actively manages relationships with institutional investors, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of service and continuously enhancing the client experience.
A key focus of the position is identifying and developing new business opportunities, proactively managing client communications, and strengthening the companyâs position as a trusted and leading partner in the capital markets. The Vice President also works closely with internal teams and senior management to deliver optimal solutions for clients and support the companyâs strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients, including corporations, financial institutions, and institutional investors.
- Identify client needs and provide optimal financial solutions, taking into account market conditions and opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and proactively share insights on market trends, developments, and opportunities.
- Attract new clients and expand the existing client portfolio, contributing to the growth of the DCM business.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic client initiatives and the development of new business opportunities.
- Lead client meetings and negotiations, presenting relevant financial solutions and transaction opportunities.
- Represent TBC Capital in interactions with clients, investors, and at various market events and industry forums.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international and local partners, including investment banks, funds, and institutional investors.
- Strengthen the companyâs positioning in the capital markets space, including initiating and organizing industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
 Education & Experience
- Masterâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, and/or corporate banking.
- Proven track record in bond issuances and the successful execution of other capital markets transactions is highly desirable.
Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of credit analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of debt capital markets and market trends.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Personal Competencies - Strong relationship management skills, with experience working with institutional investors and corporate clients.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment.
