As a Tech Lead, you willĀ be responsible forĀ leading a cross-functional engineering team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and reliable software solutions.Ā 

Your responsibilities will include:Ā 

  • Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.Ā Ā 
  • Partnering with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and Agile teams to translate businessĀ objectivesĀ into scalable technical solutions.Ā Ā 
  • Defining and driving software architecture, technology standards, and engineering best practices.Ā Ā 
  • Overseeing the design, development, and delivery of new applications and enhancements to existing platforms.Ā Ā 
  • EnsuringĀ high standardsĀ for software quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.Ā Ā 
  • Supporting team members through technical coachingĀ andĀ code reviews.Ā Ā 
  • Driving adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and DevOps principles.Ā Ā 
  • IdentifyingĀ technical risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities while ensuringĀ timelyĀ delivery.Ā Ā 
  • Collaborating across teams toĀ establishĀ reusable frameworks, shared components, and platform capabilities.Ā Ā 
  • Participating in hiring activities and contributing to the growth of the engineering organization.Ā Ā 

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead who combines strong engineeringĀ expertiseĀ with leadership capabilities and a passion for building high-performanceĀ systems.Ā 

Required QualificationsĀ 

  • 7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Engineering role.Ā Ā 
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies:Ā Ā 
  • ASP.NET CoreĀ Ā 
  • ASP.NET Web APIĀ Ā 
  • Entity Framework CoreĀ Ā 
  • C#Ā Ā 
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database design principles.Ā Ā 
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.Ā Ā 
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.Ā Ā 
  • Experience working with cloud-native and scalable applications.Ā Ā 
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.Ā Ā 
  • Experience conducting code reviews andĀ establishingĀ engineering standards.Ā Ā 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ā Ā 
  • Experience leading Agile development teams.Ā Ā
