ThePhysician Resource Planning & Talent Manager is responsible for overseeing physician recruitment, workforce planning, and nationwide deployment coordination to ensure continuous and adequate clinic staffing across all sites. The role works closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to support manpower planning, staffing optimization, and operational continuity.

Job Highlights:

• Lead end-to-end physician recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives
• Manage nationwide physician workforce planning and deployment schedules
• Oversee staffing coverage, manpower allocation, and fill-in coordination for clinic operations
• Collaborate with Operations and Medical Leadership teams to ensure staffing continuity and service coverage
• Develop and improve physician staffing strategies and deployment processes
• Monitor manpower requirements and respond to operational staffing demands

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physician
• With at least 4 to 5 years of professional work experience
• Experience in leadership, operations, workforce planning, or project management is preferred
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and operationally demanding environment
