Customer Service Representative (USRN Healthcare) - MOA Pasay

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a growing USRN Healthcare account based in MOA Pasay, supporting patients, members, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to healthcare services
- Assist patients and members with benefit verification, claims status, billing inquiries, and coverage details
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plans, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments
- Document interactions and maintain updated patient/member records in the system
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Escalate complex or clinical-related concerns to appropriate teams when necessary
- Must have at least 1 year in Clinical Disability Claims experience, preferably with Short Term/Long Term Disability
- Preferably with hospital bedside experience, handling intensive care
- Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
- Willing to work fully onsite in MOA Pasay with the possibility of shifting to a hybrid work schedule
