We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a growing USRN Healthcare account based in MOA Pasay, supporting patients, members, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to healthcare services 
  • Assist patients and members with benefit verification, claims status, billing inquiries, and coverage details 
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plans, policies, and procedures 
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal departments 
  • Document interactions and maintain updated patient/member records in the system 
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner 
  • Escalate complex or clinical-related concerns to appropriate teams when necessary 
  • Must have at least 1 year in Clinical Disability Claims experience, preferably with Short Term/Long Term Disability
  • Preferably with hospital bedside experience, handling intensive care
  • Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
  • Willing to work fully onsite in MOA Pasay with the possibility of shifting to a hybrid work schedule
