Work Location: Alabang

Requirements:

• At least 2 years in college (No back subjects).
• Minimum 2 years in BPO Team Lead with FINRA (Series 6 and 26 or 7 and 24)

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing FINRA-licensed CSRs and monitoring transaction quality/calls.
• Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Driving quality initiatives, managing process metrics, and team engagement.
• Assesses developmental needs and collaborates with others to identify and implement action plans that support the development of high performing teams
• Establish an environment and work style that promotes the concept of teamwork and professional development
• Management reporting and oversight
