We’re looking for Taping Associates to support the manufacturing of military dry suits and technical protective garments through industrial sewing, seam taping, and RF/hot-air welding operations. These roles are critical to ensuring our products meet rigorous military waterproofing, durability, and quality standards.Â
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be eager to learn specialized production techniques and contribute to products designed for life-saving and mission-critical applications.Â

JOB PURPOSEÂ
The Taping Associate I is responsible for learning and performing basic sewing, seam taping, and welding operations used in the manufacturing of military dry suits and technical garments. This entry-level role works under supervision while developing technical production skills and understanding quality and safety standards.Â
Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
• Operate industrial sewing, seam sealing, and welding equipment under supervision.Â
• Sew and tape basic dry suit components according to work instructions.Â
• Inspect materials and finished products for visible defects.Â
• Follow military product specifications and production procedures.Â
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.Â
• Complete required production and quality documentation.Â
• Support team members and assist with additional production duties as assigned.Â
REQUIREMENTSÂ
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Â
• Previous manufacturing or sewing experience preferred but not required.Â
• Ability to learn industrial sewing and welding equipment operation.Â
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Â
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.Â
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.Â
