About the Company
Our partner is a fast-growing Series A company building the software layer for EV charging, and eventually energy more broadly. Originally focused on fleet EV charging, they now power commercial EV charging across office buildings, multi-family properties, and autonomous vehicles, working with a roster of marquee logistics, technology, and autonomous-vehicle customers. The company grew 4x last year, more than doubled its team, and recently moved into a new office. It is a lean, high-energy environment with a fast path to growth.
The Opportunity
This is a Growth Associate (SDR) role for someone who already knows the sales development fundamentals and wants to grind, perform, and move up fast. You will own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, with a strong emphasis on phone skills and conversational outreach. There is genuine room to get creative with how you reach prospects.
Strong performers have a clear, performance-dependent path to an Account Executive role within roughly 6-9 months, since the company has a pressing need for people who can work deals end to end.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Over-index on phone skills and conversational, high-quality calls
- Get creative with outreach beyond the core channels where it helps
- Hit and exceed a meeting-based quota
- Travel periodically for conferences and customer visits
Requirements
- At least 4-5 months of solid SDR experience, with command of the fundamentals (prospecting, personas, cold calling, email writing)
- Strong on the phones, charismatic, and quick on your feet
- Hard-working grinder mentality and a money-motivated drive to chase uncapped upside
- Builds interpersonal connections quickly
- Bonus: SDR experience at a startup or in tech / B2B SaaS, or a background as a competitive athlete
