The company is looking for a strong HR leader who can improve hiring effectiveness, strengthen team scalability, and build HR as a strategic business function.

Role overview

The company is seeking an experienced and business-oriented HRD / Head of HR to lead the HR and recruitment function.

The role requires a leader who can connect people strategy with business goals, improve operational effectiveness, influence hiring quality, and support sustainable company growth.

The future hire will work closely with founders and business leaders to strengthen organizational structure, improve team performance, and enhance business impact through HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Management;

  • 2+ years of experience in Head of HR / HRD / People Lead roles;

  • Experience managing Recruiters, Sourcers, and HR teams;

  • Strong understanding of hiring funnel metrics, recruitment efficiency, onboarding, retention, and employee performance;

  • Experience building KPI systems, dashboards, and HR analytics;

  • Strong stakeholder management skills;

  • Ability to connect HR strategy with business growth goals;

  • Experience improving hiring velocity, candidate quality, and team productivity;

  • Strong communication and decision-making skills;

  • Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset.

Will be a plus

  • Experience in digital, product, marketing, affiliate, iGaming, or gray niche industries;

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments;

  • Experience supporting scaling businesses and organizational transformation.
