ABOUT THE ROLE

This role requires hands-on ownership of agile delivery, backlog management, and product execution, while working closely with engineers, designers, and clients.

You will be joining a leading data-driven sponsorship intelligence platform, supporting the evolution of a product used by 3,000+ brands, agencies, and rights-holders across sports, entertainment, and media.
The project involves scaling an early-stage, spreadsheet-based concept into a robust, enterprise grade platform, working with a 30-person engineering organization distributed across multiple teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and manage the end-to-end delivery process for one or more teams;
Ensure backlog items are clear, technically sound, and ready for implementation;
Act as a primary interface between engineering, product stakeholders, and clients;
Maintain delivery predictability while adapting to changing requirements;
Proactively remove blockers and resolve cross-team dependencies;
Ensure alignment between product vision, technical execution, and business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
6+ years of total professional experience;
Previous experience in software development or automation;
Proven experience as Scrum Master/Product Manager/Delivery Manager in larger engineering teams;
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system dependencies and technical constraints;
Experience working directly with clients and external stakeholders;
Experience managing and prioritizing large backlogs across multiple teams;
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and user flows;
Hands-on experience facilitating: Sprint planning, Backlog refinement, Reviews and Retrospectives;
Ability to read and understand technical documentation, APIs, and architectural diagrams;
Comfort working with data-heavy products and complex business logic;
Data-driven mindset when measuring delivery performance, velocity, and predictability;
Very good spoken and written English;
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
