Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Contractor

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Contractor to support recruiting efforts within a large, fast-paced professional services environment.

The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience within a large law firm, investment banking, financial services, or similar professional services organization and be comfortable partnering directly with business leaders, hiring managers, and senior-level professionals.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for professional and/or corporate positions
• Recruiting experience within a large law firm, investment bank, financial services firm, or professional services environment strongly preferred
• Strong experience partnering directly with hiring managers, business leaders, and senior-level stakeholders
• Ability to understand hiring needs, advise managers on the recruiting process, and provide a high level of service throughout the search
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and relationship-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional approach
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable working on-site in New York City
