As a Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to clients and internal teams, investigating system-related problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and performance of software solutions.
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and production environments while ensuring system availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, infrastructure, and system-related issues while coordinating with development and DevOps teams for resolution and deployments.
- Handle incidents, service requests, monitoring activities, system health checks, and support operations within defined SLA timelines.
- Draft, structure, and maintain governance documents, SOPs, process frameworks, technical documentation, and knowledge base materials.
- Maintain centralized repositories, audit trails, trackers, and governance records with proper version control and accessibility.
- Coordinate with departments to roll out new processes, prepare training materials and guides, and monitor process adoption and adherence.
- Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting operational performance, implementation progress, gaps, risks, and key insights for management.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in technical support, process coordination, application support, or related roles.
- Good understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, middleware concepts, and cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure.
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and process management skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of scripting, DevOps concepts, and CI/CD pipelines is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
