Are you passionate about sports, marketing, and creating impactful campaigns? AtInGame Sports, we're looking for a dynamicSports Marketing Manager to lead innovative marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and drive engagement across the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and offline channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organizations, partners, sponsors, and media.
• Lead the planning and execution of sports events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage content and brand communication to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize marketing efforts based on insights.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, with experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, events, or a related industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, and campaign management.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience using marketing metrics and reporting tools.
• Passion for sports and knowledge of the sports industry is a strong advantage.
